Name to be printed on Marksheet of Sem-3 and Sem -4 for batch 2019-2023

All the students of 2019-2023 batch need to fill this google form required for the names to be printed on your sem-03 and sem 4 marksheets

Keep ready with you

1. the photo of your SSC result for upload,

2. Student Id and Seat No ( This you will find in the excel sheet by clicking on below link)

NOTE : Last date to submit this form is by MONDAY 6/9/2021 before 12:00 noon. After which if the wrong name gets printed on marksheet, you need to get it corrected by paying 250/- per marksheet for correction
